Multi Award winner Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania East Africa, has released his video for his song Nasema Nawe. In just over 1 week it has already reached half of million views on Youtube. ‘Nasema Nawe’ means ‘I am talking to you’. The song is about a girl who is a whore, who doesn’t say No to any man, sleeps around alot and Diamond is talking to this girl about her bad behavior. As you could see from the video, the girl even tempted the tailor whose wife came out and found her husband (the tailor) in a doubtful position taking the whore girl’s sizes for a dress. She later went to the Guest House with the Tailor and slept with him.

The song is in ‘Taarab’ or ‘Mduara’ a traditional music style originating from the coasts of the Indian Ocean. Well known in Zanzibar, Tanga and Dar es Salaam – Tanzania also in Mombasa – Kenya
